1. Judge Alexander C. Downey Marker
Inscription. Moved to Rising Sun from Ohio in 1844. Downey was elected to the Indiana State Senate in 1862 and the Indiana State Supreme Court in 1870. He also was a Brigadier-General in the Indiana Legion.
