1860
1839 Congregation formed. Like many other early church groups they met in the old Methodist Episcopal Meeting House erected in 1821 on Walnut Street where the Liedertafel Hall now stands. For over 20 years they rented halls around town for their services.
1860 Permanent house of worship constructed.
1927 Became lodge hall for The Fraternal Order of Eagles until 1976.
1977 Acquired by Peoples National Bank (now Star), used for storage.
1992 Converted to Zerbe Law Offices.
