The John T. Andrews Gates
Named in honor of J.T. Andrews IV (1911-1991) who, as executive vice president of the Keuka Lake Association, initiated this project in 1974.
This fourth generation Penn Yan resident also was instrumental in founding the KLA (1956), the Outlet (1957) and Watershed (1963) Perimeter committees and was the first chairman of the Keuka Lake Outlet Preservation Association in 1978.
Truly the 20th century man of Keuka Lake.
