Una de las atletas mas destacadas que ha dado el pueblo de Juana Dํaz, desde los 10 a๑os formo parte del equipo Los Poetas. Por sus increibles ejucutorias siendo novata aun, tuvo a su cargo la representacion en los Juegos Mundiales en El Salvador. Junto a su equipo obtuvo medalla de plata en los Juegos Centroamericanos y Panamericanos en el a๑o 1979. Fue graduada de bachillerato en educacion fisica en 1983. Para el 1980 durante los Juegos Centro Americanos en Cuba su equipo termono invicto, logrando asi la medalla de oro sin duda alguna esta brillante deportista supo defender con gallardia los colores patrios como receptora oficial del equipo nacional de Puerto Rico, poniendo a nuestro pueblo en un sital de honor.
One of the best athletes ever from Juana Dํaz, from the age of 10 she has been part of Las Poetas. While still a rookie, she represented them in the World Games in El Salvador. As part of the team, she won a silver medal at the Central American and Pan American Games in 1979. She graduated from high school in P.E. in 1983. In 1980, during the Central American Games in Cuba, her team was undefeated, winning the gold medal. Without a doubt, this amazing athlete knew how to gallantly defend the national colors as part of the Puerto Rican national team, honoring us.
