Naci en el pueblo Zafra, Espaρa, el 24 de mayo de 1771 y muere el 30 de noviembre de 1852.

Fue el fundador del pueblo de Gurabo en el aρo 1814 y nuestro primer alcalde, siendo el patron San Jose.

[English translation:]
He was born in the town of Zafra, Spain, on May 24, 1771 and died on November 30, 1852.

He was the founder of the town of Gurabo in the year 1814 and our first mayor, with Saint Joseph being the patron.
