1. Aguaje del Cuate Historic Highway 101 Marker
Inscription. An ancient spring near the railroad tracks played an important role in California's transportation history. A portion of California's Highway 101 and El Camino Real passed by the Aguaje del Cuate.

In the late 1860's the Seeley and Wright Stage Line established a horse exchange facility by the spring.
