Inscription.  
Nacio en Yauco el 25 de julio de 1878. Junto a su esposa Doρa Asuncion Negroni Forjo una de las familias mas distinguidas y dedicadas al ejenesiar de la comunidad en especial de los menos afortunados.

Su instinto filantropico siempre llevo a procurar el rien de sus copueblanos tanto asi que con su propio capital instalo la central San Francisco para compensan las fluctiaciones en los costos de la caρa de azucar conconstruyo el parque que ubica frente a la casa alcaldia para el uso disfrute de la juventud entre muchisimas otras aportaciones.

A traves de su fructifena vida y en su afande servir al pueblo llego a occupar varios cagos de importancia anivel gubernamental y en el sector privado, entre ellos fue alcalde de Yauco de 1925 a 1928.

Para la administracion municipal su alcalde y los Yaocanos es un honor perpetuar la imagen y obre de este ilustre caballero.

He was born in Yauco on July 25, 1878. He and his his wife, Asuncion Negroni Forjo were one of the most distinguished families dedicated to serving the community, especially the less fortunate.

philanthropic instinct always led him to earn the respect of his townspeople so much so that with his own money he installed the San Francisco power plant. To offset the fluctuations in the costs of sugar cane, he built the park that is located in front of the town hall for the use and enjoyment of youth among many other contributions.

Through his fruitful life and in his eagerness to serve the people, he came to occupy various positions of importance at the governmental level and in the private sector, among them he was mayor of Yauco from 1925 to 1928.

For the municipal administration, its mayor and the Yaocanos, it is an honor to perpetuate the image and work of this illustrious gentleman.
