Inscription. The Historic Mills Mural celebrates the rich manufacturing history of Pawcutuck, CT. Local ship building, printing press, and textile manufacturing built multiple mills to take advantage of the powerful Pawcutuck River and its easy connectivity to the sea's shipping routes as well as railroad transportation and distribution routes.
 
Erected 2017 by Bricks and Murals, sponsored by Benjamin Moore Paints, Westerly Paints.
