1. Artemisia abrotanum Marker
Inscription. A strongly aromatic and bitter herb. The essential oil has powerful insect repellant properties. In the past dried branches were put in closets to repel moths. Dried leaves are used in sachets, potpourri and air fresheners. An essential oil from the leaves and flowering shoots is used in perfumery.
