The Burdell Building
Over the years the Burdell Building has been the home of the Burdell Creamery, the Petaluma Ice and Cold Storage Company, the Western Refrigerating Company, and Western Dairy Products, Inc. The building was also occupied by the Petaluma Gas & Electric Company, which provided electricity for Petaluma from 1897 to 1907.
Currently owned by David Martin and Jim Nelson of The Ice House LLC, who, through Creedence Corporation, has restored and maintained the historic nature of this property. Today it is occupied by many small businesses.
