This interpretive garden is dedicated to the loving memory of Margaret Quinn Orloske, a fellow gardener and hearth cook, and to the eternal spirit of the thousands who died with her on September 11, 2001. The Margaret Quinn Orloske Endowment Fund replenishes heirloom plants and provides for general garden maintenance.
This garden contains culinary and medicinal herbs and vegetables used in Historic Deerfield's Open Hearth Cooking Program.
