Roman Wall and Defence Towers: Carrer la Palla

Llenç de muralla i dues de les torres quadrangulars pertanyents al segon recinte emmurallat de Barcino (segle IV dC). A l’Edat Mitjana es va edificar sobre la muralla i es van reformar algunes de les obertures orginals de les torres, que van ser convertides en finestrals gotics.
Lienzo de muralla y dos de las torres cuadrangulares pertenecientes al Segundo recinto amurallado de Barcino (siglo IV d.C.). En la Edad Media, se edificó sobre la muralla y se reformaron algunas de las aperturas originales de las torres, covirtiéndolas en ventanales góticos.
A portion of the city wall and two of the quadrangular towers from the second enclosing wall of Barcino (4th century AC). In the Middle Ages, buildings were erected on the wall and some of the original tower openings were altered by turning them into large Gothic windows.
