1. Veixelles turístics Marker
L'any 1884 van començar a operar al port de Barcelona les embarcacions de passeig entre el Portal de la Pau i la zona de banys de la Barceloneta. El 1888, any de l'Exposició Universal de Barcelona, començà a operar la societat Las Golondrinas. Des d'aleshores i fins ben entrat el segle XX, les golondrinas propulsades per màquines de vapor, feien un breu recorregut pel port. Més endavant, uns anys després que s'acabés la important prolongació del dic de l'Est 1926 varen ser un mitjà molt utilitzat per accedir al popular passeig del trencaones des del Portal de la Pau. Actualment, embarcacions amb la forma de les velles golondrinas continuen fent el trajecte per l'interior del port i conviuen amb catamarans moderns que fan un viatge més llarg, però el plaer de navegar contemplant el port i la ciutat des del mar continua sent el mateix.

In 1884, pleasure craft began to operate between the Portal de la Pau and the baths at La Barceloneta in the port of Barcelona. The service operated by Las Golondrinas began the year of the Barcelona Universal Expo of 1888. Since then, and well into the twentieth century, steam-powered Golondrinas boats made short tours around the port. Later on, a few years after completion of the East Seawall in 1926, these boats were widely used to access the popular breakwater promenade from the Portal de la Pau. Today, boats with the shape of the old Golondrinas continue to sail around the inside of the port and coexist with modern catamarans making longer trips, but the pleasure of viewing the port and the city from the
