Sergeant, U.S. Air Force - Cold War & Vietnam Eras
526th Fighter Interceptor Squadron, Ramstein AFB, Germany

After boot camp, followed by service school training at Amarillo AFB, TX, John served a 3-year tour as a Aircraft Hydraulic Systems Tech with the 526th flying the F-102 Delta Dagger out of Ramstein AFB, Germany. Once his foreign tour was completed he was assigned to the 551st Airborne Early Warning & Control Wing at Otis AFB, MA, serving until his discharge.

Entered Active Duty 25 Oct 1962 at Norwich, NY - Honorably Discharged 24 Feb 1967 at Otis AFB, MA
