Born here in Brownsburg. Robbie Stanley wanted nothing more than to drive race cars, and drive them well. In his brief life, he far exceeded those expectations. At only 6, he was 69 racing quarter midgets. He was spectacular, winning over 200 races and the National Championship in 1980. His stunning success paved the way for his advancement. And, with the support of his parents, Ron and Rita, at 16 Robbie was ready for the next rung up the racing ladder, sprint cars. Victory didn't come easily, but he persisted.
