Guillermo Joaquín Indalecio Bizcarrondo Ureña (San Sebastián, April 30, 1831 – San Sebastián, July 21, 1876), better known as Vilinch (in modern spelling, Bilintx), was a Spanish improvisational poet whose mother tongue was Basque. Also known for his liberal ideas and his opposition to Carlism, he wrote mainly in Basque, although he published some poems in Spanish.

At the arrival of the Third Carlist War, he enlisted as a volunteer with the Fourth Liberal Battalion and fought in the defense of San Sebastián, where he was wounded by a grenade and, consequently, two legs were amputated. Coincidentally, he died on the same day that the special privileges of the Basque provinces were abolished: July 21, 1876.
