Mr. Wiseman, Chief Maintenance Engineer for the State Highway System from 1976 – 1979, exemplified the skilled and dedicated engineers who administer Michigan’s outstanding highway system. His 30 year career with the Michigan Department of Transportation (1949-1979) included 17 years as District Maintenance Engineer and Senior District Engineer for the northern Lower Peninsula.
