Inscription.  
Gebouwd in 1913 in classicistische stijl. Van 1912-1979 in gebruik als gemeentehuis van Vaals. In het timpaan staat het wapen van de gemeente Vaals met de Heilige Lambertus.

(English translation:)

Built in 1913 in classicist style. From 1912 to 1979 it was used as the town hall of Vaals. The tympanum contains the coat of arms of the municipality of Vaals with Saint Lambert.
