Inscription. This brick carriage house was renovated as a residence in 2019 and given the address of 260 N. 22nd Street. It was originally built as an outstanding for the property at 2119 E. Broad Street. It was first listed as an outbuilding on the Sanborn Fire Insurance Map of Richmond, 1925.
