1. Clara Waring Bookstore Marker
Inscription. First Mary J. Woods and later Clara Waring, were the first to introduce bookstores to Las Vegas. Later, in the 1930's, Mrs. C. L. M. Bailey also operated a bookstore in this building.
 
Erected by Las Vegas Citizens' Committee for Historic Preservation.
