Wintershoven
Voorheen 'Sophia's hoeve', gebouwd in 1883.

Wintershoven
Formerly 'Sophia's farm', built in 1883. Farmstead of the feedlot type. The first stone was laid by Johannes van Klooster. The front house and the stables behind it are made of half-brick. The summer house was built later. The summer house is of stone masonry, which is more luxurious than half-brick. The large high doors on the left previously provided access to the car shed.

Source of inspiration for artists: The ensemble of the two farms Antoniushoeve and Wintershoven is irreplaceable as archetypes of the Dutch farm in a peat meadow area. Both farms and the seventeen others that Duivendrecht once had, inspired Rembrandt, Mondriaan, and also Jacob Olie in their respective painting and photography. Duivendrecht was a lively and colorful ribbon settlement, which stretched along the Rijksstraatweg to Abcoude.
