Panther Creek Cemetery
This cemetery has been privately owned and operated by its members since it was first incorporated with the State of Iowa in 1882. The small building to the north is the original meeting hall constructed in 1918 providing a place for members to meet and conduct cemetery business each year.
Panther Creek Cemetery is honored to be the final resting place of veterans of the Mexican-American War, the Civil War, WW I, WW II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and others who have proudly served our nation.
Erected 2012 by the Cotten and Gibler cousins, descendents of Benjamin and Matilda Van Cleave.
