Antic hospital i orfenat episcopal fundat l'any 1171 per donació testamentària d'Hug de Cervelló. La seva façana estava formada per una porxada romànica i un segon pis amb finestres de mig punt. Al segle XVI la seva façana es va reformar, tot obrint diferents finestres d'estil gòtic tardà. També s’hi va intal-lar una fornícula amb la imatge de Santa Tecla.

El antiguo hospital y orfanato episcopal fue fundado en el año 1171 por donación testamentaria de Hug de Cervelló. Hôpital de Sainte Tecla
Ancien hôpital et orphelinat episcopal fondé en l'an 1171 grâce à la donation testamentaire de Hug de Cervelló. Sa façade était composée d'un portail roman et d'arcs en plein cintre aux fenêtres du deuxième étage. Au XVIe siècle on modifia la façade, ouvrant plusieurs fenêtres de style gothique tardif. On y aménagea aussi une niche avec une statue de Santa Tecla.
