1. Ohio County Marker
Inscription. The Ohio River forms the eastern boundary of Indiana's smallest county. During the mid-1800s, more than 100 paddleboats and flatboats left the Rising Sun wharfs each week, loaded with produce for market and passengers traveling to southern river ports.
