Harold Vernon Foell was born Aug. 25, 1919. He died Mar. 19, 1945 and is buried in Storm Lake Cemetery, Storm Lake, IA. Capt. Foell served in World War II with the U.S. Army 103rd Infantry Regiment, 43rd Division and was KIA in the Philippines.
