1. Spencer County Marker

Inscription. The Lincoln family moved to Indiana in 1816 and here, near Little Pigeon Creek, Abraham Lincoln spent his youth from ages 7 to 21. There are a number of memorials in the county honoring the Lincolns, including the Lincoln cabin site and the graves of his mother, Nancy, and sister, Sarah.
