1. Lawrence County Bicentennial Celebration Marker
Inscription. As Lawrence County was created by enactment of the Indiana General Assembly on January 7th, 1818, this marker proudly acknowledges the history and visionary spirit of the people of the county whose bedrock has built major cathedrals of the world and from this foundation, has flown people to space.
 
Erected 2018 by Lawrence County Bicentennial Commission.
