Regarding Orpha Zilpha Parke Bovee. Mrs. Bovee was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the daughter of a Revolutionary War soldier Ruben Parke of Connecticut who served in 1781. Montana daughters recognize Mrs. Bovee as a "real" daughter because of her DAR membership and her heritage as the daughter of a Revolutionary soldier.
