(July 19, 2012) North Dakota’s first Boy Scout encampment took place 100 years ago this summer in Valley City. More than 100 Boy Scouts will participate in a second encampment Friday and Saturday in Chautauqua Park.(Submitted on March 4, 2024, by Cosmos Mariner of Cape Canaveral, Florida.)
