1. Mississippi City Cemetery Marker
Inscription. Established before the founding of Mississippi City, the earliest burials here date to the 1840s. In 1884, the cemetery was sold to Harrison County for $1, provided no graves would be disturbed. Buried here are veterans of the Civil War, World War I, World War II, Korean Conflict, and the Vietnam War.
 
Erected 2018 by Mississippi Department of Archives and History.
