Regarding Replica of the Statue of Liberty. The statue was a gift to Warsaw from Frank H. Conner, who grew up in the town but later moved to Chicago.
Mr. Conner purchased one of the first fifty miniature statues created by Jack Whittaker of Kansas City, Missouri.
