The only daughter of Helen and Karl Wallenda, she began performing at four years of age, and continued to eventually become the oldest performing daredevil in history. Carla thrilled audiences around the world throughout her 78-year career. She starred in many circuses including Ringling Bros & Barnum and Bailey, Clyde Beatty, Cole Bros, and others both with her family, the Great Wallendas, as well as with her husband of 40 years, Mike Morgan. Carla is renowned for her incredible talent on the high wire, the way pole, cloud swing, slide for life and many other aerial feats. A headliner for every kind of entertainment venue, and with many movie and tv credits, her legacy continues through her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
