Inscription. The individuals listed below have made considerable financial contributions to Ducks Unlimited's Delaware Bay Initiative in tribute to Mr. Milt Cooper.

Milt's lifelong dedication to Ducks Unlimited, with their mission of conserving, restoring, and managing wetlands and associated habitats for North America's waterfowl, wildlife and people, has been an inspiration not only to those listed below but to everyone that has ever met Milt.

With this monument we pay tribute to Mr. Milt Cooper, founding father of the Eastern Sussex Chapter of Delaware Ducks Unlimited, and to his 67 years of untiring service to Delaware and Ducks Unlimited.
