Französische Kanoniere beschossen am 11. Juli 1800 unsere Stadt Die erste Kugel flog über das Augsburger Tor, (Kuglertor) hüpfte dreimal auf und blieb vor diesem Haus liegen.

English:
French gunners shelled our city on July 11, 1800. The first bullet flew over the Augsburg Gate, (Kuglertor) bounced three times and rested in front of this house.
