1. Buck Rake Marker
Inscription. Pulled by two horses, one on either side of the rake, this device was used to gather hay for stacking. The buck rake would pick up the windrows of hay made by the dump, or side delivery rake. When loaded, the hay would be taken to the stack yard where it would be stacked. The teeth of the buck rake are normally made of oak.
