1. Ann Moncure Wall Marker
Inscription. Anne Eliza Moncure was born on May 20, 1912 at Woodstock Farm, in Stafford County. She attended Fredericksburg High School. In 1939, she married H. Ewing Wall, settling in the Quantico area. Mrs. Wall served as a volunteer to the American Red Cross Motor Corps during World War II. AFter the war she became involved in real estate. She distinguished herself with the Boards of Prince William Hospital, the Prince William County (PWC) Planning Commission, the PWC Electoral Board, the PWC Mental Health and Retardation Board, the Aquia Association, and the American Cancer Society, Daughters of the American Revolution, and many others. Annie Wall said, "When you're hungry you work harder."
