Excerpt: "Our Lady of Sorrows was consecrated in 1923 and is located in the northwest corner of Queen of Heaven Cemetery. The Cemetery was opened to serve the Slovak Catholic Community. Its creation was largely due to the efforts of Monsignor Victor Blahunka, Pastor of Sacred Heart Slovak Parish."
