1. Wexner Community Park Marker

Inscription. The land for Wexner Community Park was donated by the Wexner family and The New Albany Company to the New Albany School District, the Village of New Albany and Plain Township.

Home to New Albany's Safety Town, the park is adjacent to the preschool/kindergarten building, Children's Nature Park, the Plain Township Community Aquatic Center, athletic fields, Eagles Nest Playground and the Wexner Pavilion.

The park's location, at one of the most important entrances to New Albany, illustrates the generous, community- minded decision of its donors.

This site serves as a living testament to New Albany's values, which include lifelong learning, health and wellness, environmental sustainability and neighbors gathering to share friendships.
