Irma and Norbert Markert

for their dedication to the Ogdensburg
Library Gardens and long-time contribution
of time, talent, and expertise to the benefit
and beautification of our community.

The Gardens were established in 1930 by
the Ogdensburg Garden Club and are
planted and maintained annually
by the membership.
