1. The Delphi Limestone Quarry Marker
Inscription. The quarry in Delphi has been in operation since the late nineteen-forties. In 1994, U.S. Aggregates halted production out of the quarry that you see below, and allowed it to fill up with water. The plant currently producing limestone began production in 1994. The lake, which fills the quarry below, is approximately 32 acres in area and 100 feet deep.
