Erected 1905 by surviving members of Confederate Captain Charles Hugh Woodson’s Company A, First Missouri Cavalry.

It is on George Collin Parkway (Virginia Route 305) half a mile north of West Old Cross Road (U.S. 211), on the left when traveling north.
