Naciσ en Puebla, Puebla. Fue un destacado liberal y promotor del antirreeleccionismo. Se le conoce como el "primer mαrtir" de la democracia mexicana. Iniciσ la Revoluciσn de 1910 en su Estado.

Born in Puebla, Puebla. He was a prominent liberal and advocator against reelections. He is known as "The first martyr" of the Mexican democracy. He initiated the Revolution of 1910 in his home State.
