3. George and Virginia Kreml
About 50 yards west of the 9/11 memorial garden is a 1992 plaque dedicating this park to George and Virginia Kreml. According to Virginia Kreml's 1992 obituary, George was the village's public works superintendent, and Virginia was a community activist.
