Le personnel des messageries de presse, en accord avec la Fédération Nationale de la Presse Clandestine, dans un élan patriotique, a chassé d'ici l'occupant nazi et les collaborateurs, a nommé sa direction et organisé en pleine insurrection la diffusion des journaux libres.
Honneur aux ouvriers résistants des messageries morts pour la france.

English translation
August 21, 1944
The staff of the press messengers, in agreement with the National Federation of the Clandestine Press, in a patriotic impulse, chased the Nazi occupiers and collaborators from here, appointed their own management and organized the distribution of free newspapers in the midst of an insurrection.
Honor to the resistant workers of the messengers who died for France.
