Named in honor of Frank H. Teagle, Jr Woodstock resident from 1945 to 1997. Printer. Steward of resources, Caring dedicated, thoughtful and sensible, Frank was a humble and selfless servant of Woodstock-its people, tradition and institutions. He saw the overlooked and worked to make things better. This small oasis, resurrected from the litter of man and flood, serves as one enduring example of his efforts.
