Sacred to the memory of
William McIntosh
Born 7th April 1764
Died 24th June 1843
In the Revolutionary War at the age of 16 he joined Genl. Marion's Little Band of Patriots.
He was a ruling elder, in Midway Congregation, for more than 20 years, and a devoted and useful teacher, in the Bible Class and Sabbath School for a number of years.
Blessed are the dead that die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.
