Pickerel Lake United Sunday School
I was glad when they said unto me, "Let Us Go Into The House Of The Lord" Psalm 122:1
Pickerel Lake United Sunday School was founded in 1957 by the Harry Burrish and Sturgis Dornbush families because they did not want Sunday to be "just another day." For the outdoor gatherings, they were quickly joined by others who loved Pickerel Lake and were grateful to God for the beauty He had put into their lives. Years have passed, children have grown, and new little ones have taken their places. Some members, our dear friends, have died. It is to their memories, (and in particular to the memory of Margaret Burrish) that this place of reflection is lovingly dedicated.
Left
"For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I with them." Matthew 18:20
Right
May the Lord, mighty God, bless and keep you forever; grant you peace, perfect peace, courage in every endeavor.
Lift up your eyes and see His face, and His grace forever; may the Lord, mighty God, bless and keep you forever.
