1. Tyrone Station Park Observation Bridge Marker
Inscription.
This picture is what the bridge looked like after many years of neglect. It was built in the 1850's when the railroad was expanding towards Bald Eagle, Philipsburg, and Clearfield.

Today the bridge has been converted into an observation platform for rail fans to watch train traffic on the Bald Eagle Nittany line and for others who just enjoy watching the river pass beneath them.
