Here Suzanne Masson was arrested with weapons in hand on February 5, 1942, a heroine of the resistance. Deported, she refused to work with the Nazi war machine. Before the fascist tribunal she declared that she had would not cooperate with them because she was a patriot. Decapitated in Hamburg on November 1, 1943. She died for national independence.

Communist Party. As a result, she was sentenced to death. She was given the opportunity to plea for mercy but she refused to do so, declaring in court that it was her duty as a French patriot and communist to fight for humanity.

On 1 November 1943, she was guillotined in the Hamburg prison courtyard.
