1. Fire Bell Marker
Inscription. Erected in 1879, this bell served the Thorold community at the old Fire Hall until 1964 when the Protection Hose Company relocated it to the Towpath location. It was purchased in 1878 from the Meneely Bell Company of Troy, New York, a foundry responsible for producing thousands of bells that were used by civic and religious authorities throughout North America for nearly a century.
 
Erected 2012 by Heritage Thorold.
